Who is Tapped Racing?
Tapped Racing was founded in 2008 by Aly Bruner. With a love for vintage vehicles and an appreciation for racing history, Aly bought an ex-IMSA GT RX-7 Single Turbo. His intent was to show the country how fast the FD chassis can be, and take the Time Attack scene by storm. A second RX-7 was purchased, the 2007 NASA TTS championship winning car. This would give Tapped Racing both an Unlimited and Limited Preparation 2 car team. 2008 was spent developing and getting to know the chassis, as well as bringing both cars up to spec on current racecar safety standards.
